Version 18.. ist zu alt
Installiere W10 clean neu
Datensicherung ist Pflicht wenn keine Sicherung besteht frage / kopiere
alle Daten unter User (Benutzer) auf eine externe Platte / Stick
• Hole dir von hier die ISO
• https://www.microsoft.com/de-de/software-download/windows10/#
• Für einen anderen PC achte auf 32/64 Bit
• Speichere die ISO auf einem Stick (8-32GB)
• Den PC nur mit Maus und normaler Tastatur ohne 2. 3. Festplatte
ohne extra Geräte
• vom Stick starten (öfters mit F8-F12 schau in die Anleitung des PC)
• Keine Reparaturoptionen wählen
• Bei Key Eingabe >>Ich habe keinen Key wählen
• Alle Partitionen der Festplatte löschen >> Weiter
• Den Rest zeigt W10 an.
