Otherwise I still need to keep a separate mouse keyboard and monitor available for maintenance and troubleshooting. Now my wife is using my old iPad 9.7”, her win-laptop might be redundant, and does live near the tv stuff. I had thought about just using that. It’s not a stunner, but has been reliable and stable, although I’m not sure how well ‘Music/iTunes’ works off Windows these days. It has the advantage that we already own it of course, but might have to do some drive swapping and reformatting (but that is only a wild last resort thought at this time). For now though, the old iMac can stay put. Cheers -- Andy H
