In context of provided charge within 1 full versus 5 1/5 cycles, yes.
In context of the battery life,
the full cycle count is less than 1/5 of 1/5 cycle count.

But we have discussed this already in past,
I am not going to bring the data
for LiCoMnNi + LiFePO4 technology again.

Battery maintenance is more important for laptops than phones
as their mean usage life is longer than for phones,
replacement of battery is not cheap and cycle time is more critical .

 The most important is not to  keep the battery topped while on AC,
better is cycling between 40-80 % most of the time.
