Coast like TreeBert immediately understood that what you meant was all 
your medical expenses for the damage done by sucking on Cuban nicotine 
and other hallucinogenic drugs would be paid for by the people still 
working and earning money rather than stealing it.

"better life" paid for by all the hard working Americans who have not 
yet joined the fight for sucking at the free public teat. It's called
