You can't have a total time dilation as negative, my friend. Or, as I 
can see, you are taking the relative to earth, reference 0 (zero),
mark on the needle scale. How about taking the zero time dilation as
the absolute zero time dilation, what numbers would be those. 
Dr. Koobee is pretty much consistent.
