Schaut euch mal Videos von russischen Dashcams an. Da siegt man fast nur
noch aktuelle 'westliche' PKW. Am Material liegt es bestimmt nicht. Es
liegt an den Fahrern, die glauben, das die Physik in Russland verboten
ist und ihnen nichts passieren kann, wenn sie blind oder besoffen bei
rot über mehrspurige Kreuzungen brettern. Die Lebenserwartung russischer
Männer ist nicht deswegen so niedrig, weil sie zu viel Oktan im Tank
haben, sondern zu viel Oktan 'getankt' haben, was sie nicht daran
hindert sich im Vollrausch am Lenkrad festzuhalten. Wer es ins Auto
geschafft hat, hat sich die Fahrt redlich verdient.

Ernstzunehmende Fahrprüfungen gibt es in Russland wohl noch nicht sehr
lange. Die meisten haben sich ihren Führerschein in dem korrupten System
einfach gekauft. Da sind viele ohne tatsächliche Kenntnisse von
Verkehrsregeln/schildern unterwegs. Wenns auffällt, steckt man dem
Verkehrspolizisten einfach ein paar Rubel zu und gut ists.

Der russische Führerschein ist in DE wertlos. Mit ihm darf man hier aus
gutem Grund nicht fahren.
