Meine innere Uhr hat, laut Aussage mehrerer Ärzte, Schlaftherapeuten und anderer, leider keine 24 Stunden sondern eher 25 pro Tag. Was natürlich bedeutet, dass sich mein Tag in der Woche immer weiter verschiebt. Durch den Wechsel Spät-/Früh-Schicht kann ich das leichter immer wieder angleichen. Wie lange ich das so noch aushalte (also den effektiven Schlafverlust alle zwei Wochen) muss man aber mal sehen, man wird ja nicht jünger. > 1.) gab es dafür mehr Geld Ja, aber wieviel?
