Ich mach 92 Herzkatheter-Dienste im Jahr, aber das interessiert die nicht, ich muß auch noch 20 KV-Dienste im Jahr machen. Ob und wie ich die weitergeben kann ist mein Problem. In Großstädten kriegt man sie leicht los, auf dem Land nicht weil nix verdient ist wenn man zwei Patienten in einer Nacht besucht (siehe oben, normaler Tarif wie tagsüber +7 Euro extra). Wenn es in der Stadt 20 sind, machen manche Kollegen das um Geld zu verdienen. Bei uns rentiert es sich nicht, aber die Nachtruhe ist auch so rum, und am nächsten Tag ist ein ganz normaler Arbeitstag. Also, wer Lust hat für 6 Euro pro Stunde aufzubleiben (und die 6 Euro Stütze entfallen jetzt wohl auch ersatzlos), soll sich bei der KV Bayern melden.
