In fact, I have absolutely no idea what you're even
attempting to say here.  Please explain what you
mean by:

   "C structs are limited to always starting at 0".

Are you thinking of typedef's?  Even then, that
needs some explanation to know where you're coming
 from and what you're attempting to say.
