Clearly, I should be the last one here defending Forth, just behind Hugh.
Really, Bernd is the asshole who should be defending this here.  He hasn't
spammed us with warped perspectives on ancient history, distorted legal
theories, or how Germany should've won WWII etc, in quite a while now.
So, there are at least three Forth standards, another three lost to time
apparently, and finally one non-standard "de-facto" Forth document
according Ms. Rather's perspective.  I.e., if you mean ANS a.k.a.
Forth 94 "sucks", say that one sucks without tainting the rest.
