Those are HOW TO VOTES, not the actual ballot papers
and were only how to votes of one party that chose to
not spell out how they wanted voters with the other
partys to vote instead of specifying what they should
do voting wise for other partys for preferences

A few volunteers didn't like that so manually
amended those HOW TO VOTES
