That is what the recent districting law suite was about; various minorities
complaining they were not properly represented by at-large elections.

Actually there aren't that many geezers in the city (median age 35) and
with most of the retirement type places being in other nearby communities.

If you want to see lots of geezers, go to the area around Seal Beach
and keep your head on a swival for for white hairs driving on the wrong
side of the street, particularly arond the areas of Leisure World and
Rossmoor.

The bottom line is Fullerton is basically a young and affluent city.
