These days it is almost impossible to find a computer running Windows 
that dosen't have the DOT Net framework already installed.  To get a  
Ribbon going in your App you will be setting a few options in the 
databse, Creating a bunch of XML text in a table and using the VBA that 
Gunter provides.  It is only his WYSIWYG app that has a DOT net 
requirement.
