Das kann ja sein... ich weiß ja nicht, wie oft du auf die Rinnsteine deiner
Nachbarn schaust...

Ja, aber die Straßenreinigung schafft nicht alles. An den Kanten bleibt
Dreck, der den Wasserabfluß behindern kann. Entweder bei dir beseitigt das
auch die Straßenwirtschaft (was du nicht gesehen hast), oder eben doch der
Grundstückseigentümer (was du nicht gesehen hast). Aber irgend jemand muß
den Restdreck aus dem Gerinne wegräumen.
(Ist, btw, klebriger Scheißdreck - geht nicht mit Besen, sondern nur mit
Schaufeln.)
