Yes, and I have the scars to prove it :)
Ist schon etwas verwirrend, insgesamt aber auch nicht viel schlimmer als z.B.
Greater London mit dem berühmten Autobahnring oder die großen Ballungszentren
in den midlands. In England haben sie eine unglaublich sinnvolle Methode beim
Beschildern: Sie geben die Himmelsrichtung an. Das ist insofern sehr hilfreich
als das diese i.A. bekannt sein sollte. Wenn ich also von London nach - sagen
wir Exeter - fahre, dann reicht erst mal immer "west", auch wenn Exeter
explizit gar nicht ausgeschildert sein sollte.
Bei Autobahnkreuzen ist es auch recht hilfreich, wenn bei den Abfahrten z.b.
M42 South bzw. M42 North steht.
