These worthless experiments reveal the lengths to which desperate 
Einstein supporters will go to try to prove just one aspect of his silly 
theories correct. They all knew the answer they wanted and incorporated 
enough approximations and estimates to get close to it.
Good try, Paul! We know how the Einstein conspirators work.

There are plenty of simple experiments that show light speed varies. 
That's all we need to know.
