"hydrogen", not "deuterium", Ralph Malcolm Rabbidge.  Ralph, as you know,
deuterium is only 0.0115% of natural hydrogen on earth, Ralph, so an
ionized hydrogen atom is simply going to be a proton more than 99.9% of
the time, Liar Ralph Rabbidge.
