Natürlich hat er Recht. Allerdings klopfen sich in der realen Welt
Sicherheitsabteilung und Revision umso mehr auf die Schulter, je mehr
Geld für obskure, höchstpriorisierte und -berechtigte
"Sicherheitssoftware" ausgegeben wird. So mancher Virenscanner hat schon
Fileserver lahmgelegt. Ich fürchte, die Brüder werden nicht mal daraus
lernen, falls es einen Datenreichtum geben wird, der ausschließlich
durch eine Sicherheitslücke in einem Virenscanner ermöglicht wird.

Recht hat der, der Karriere macht. Und das macht man als Entscheider
derzeit *mit* Virenscannern (zwei sind besser als einer), nicht ohne.
Ohne ist man Verantwortlicher, und das vermeidet man üblicherweise.
