Ich mache ihnen den Vorwurf nicht eher zum Hausarzt (GP) oder 
Walk-In-Center gegangen zu sein. Oder ums Eck gehen um Paracetamol zu 
holen. Diese Leute wissen auch das der RTW kommt wenn man was von 
Atemproblemen und Brustbeklemmung spricht.

Brustschmerzen die ich seit einer Woche habe, werden immer gleich zum 
Notfall. Wenn man das System nicht nutzt und immer nur zu einer Stelle 
rennt, dann schwächt man das Ganze. Ich renne ja auch nicht gleich zur 
Notaufnahme wenn ich mir nen Muskel gezerrt habe.

Ein ganz aktuelles Beispiel, das ich hatte: $PATIENT kommt vor zwei 
Wochen aus dem Urlaub, weil man Verdauungsprobleme hat. Zum GP wird 
schon mal gar nicht gegangen. Dann wird um 10Uhr abends der RD gerufen 
weil es immer noch schmerzt. Bei sowas fehlen mir wirklich die Worte. 
Der RTW war 2 Stunden mit dem Fall dran (inklusive Wartezeit im KH).

Da brauche ich keine Diagnose um zu sehen was falsch ist. Und, ich rufe 
am Tag vorher beim GP und kriege einen Termin am nächsten Tag. Die 
gefühlte Mehrheit kann durchaus zu einem Walk-In-Center gehen wenn man 
speziellere Diagnosen braucht.

Nicht das wir uns hier missverstehen: Ich sage auch immer "Lieber einmal 
den RTW zu viel rufen als gar nicht mehr in der Lage sein". Bei 
moderaten Kopfschmerzen nach einem Gelage ist das wohl eher Kater als 
ein Schlaganfall.
