I've read the whole newsfeed, but I must have overlooked that article. 
The most detailed description I can find is "already computed pro forma 
data" which you plan to write to a CSV file. If your data are 
pre-computed I don't see why you need to write a program at all! 
Presumably there is more to it than that.

But the most important thing is that you have the spec written down 
somewhere where you can refer to it and answer questions about it.

So SQL is out? Pity. Would have been interesting. But okay.

So you now know exactly what program you're writing. (If I sound 
sceptical, it's because I /am/ sceptical.)
