If someone is going to look what another OS looks like (maybe as replacement 
for that absolutely shitty Win95), it makes absolutely no sense to install 
just as much to get to a prompt *without* anything else to do with it.
Why not install the rest of the OS to see what it is about? After all, *if* 
your story were true (it is an outright lie) you would already have passed 
the most difficult steps and just needed to add the rest to see what it is 
about
