What you are saying is that there is only one observer that can determine whether two events are simultaneous and that everyone else has to just be informed by this one observer. In contrast, here is what "absolute simultaneity" means. What the "absolute" means there is that this can be checked by ANY observer independently and the result will be the same. Thus for you to have any claim that "absolute simultaneity" even exists, this has to be put to experimental test by MULTIPLE OBSERVERS, not just one. One observer cannot determine whether simultaneity is absolute, by definition of "absolute simultaneity". Henry Wilson makes the same mistake by declaring that length can only be measured by an observer at rest relative to the measured object.
