I used the biblical form of vague and useless prophesy, by not specifying 
where it would rain. I'm fairly sure it rained somewhere in the Amazonian 
_rain_ forest, if not elsewhere, during that 24 hour period.

Typical useless bible prophesy:-
"The meek shall inherit the Earth." When, where and how?
