The small travel size tubes of hand lotion or shampoo you can carry through security at the airport have about that mass. Other objects you can drop from about table height to get the same energy: a dinner fork, a banana, a small bar of soap, a small box of paper clips, a salt shaker, a D-cell battery, a hamburger patty, a third of a cup of mayo. Yup a joule is a fearsome amount of energy.
