Ralph Malcolm Rabbidge, now you are just making up crap, Ralph. Ralph,
just because you have no idea how to design something to measure the
deflection with sufficient accuracy doesn't mean a gaggle of scientists
and engineers much smarter than you (Ralph Malcolm Rabbidge) don't know
how to do that, Ralph Malcolm Rabbidge. Ralph, an angle between the star,
the satellite and the sun is valid whereever the satellite is, Ralph, as
long as we know where it is, Ralph Malcolm Rabbidge. Ralph, quit making
up crap and give real scientific reasons why it might be invalid, Ralph,
if you can, Ralph Malcolm Rabbidge.
