Die Frage ist eher, hat es die alten Treiber auch sauber deinstalliert 
oder hängen davon noch Reste im System und können Ärger machen?

Wäre einfach zu erklären... Windows fragt die HD nach Typ und 
Seriennummer und wenn es noch dieselbe ist wie beim letzten Boot ist 
alles OK.
