The problem is nobody really gives a fuck either way and the error messages generated by firefox are 1) meaningless 2) stupid 3) try to shift "blame" somewhere else. They even cap them too. If you want say 10 subdomains of *.whatever.biz you have to pay for that, and then pay more if you want 50 subdomains of that. Not sure how they count them though, or if it's some type of honesty deal when you deal with a ripoff cert provider.
