Relativistic theory doesn't predict vibrations from passing trucks, 
either. But on the other hand, you don't expect to see identical 
vibrations from passing trucks at two different sites within a few 
milliseconds.

You mention that you can tell that ring-down detections visible in only 
one detector can be seen in the public. Can you point to what you're 
talking about? I can't see it?
