Mistakes have been made and people exonerated after years on death row but 
many cases are clear cut and 'shot while resisting arrest' would save a 
lot of time and money.

Luckily the cats that hang around my place are not armed or being late 
with the Friskies would have serious consequences. Of course for about 
half the population a person who has entered the country illegally is not 
a criminal. A woman who murdered her kids is suffering from postpartum 
depression. At least the latest child murderer killed herself too.

The standard IQ tests are normed to 100 so on paper the IQ isn't dropping. 
It's possible someone with a 100 IQ in 2026 would have been relegated to 
shoveling manure out ot the municipal stalls in 1926.
