If anything, we can measure the position/momentum of a black hole LESS accurately since all measurement info must be from outside the event horizon. No information about the position/momentum measurements can make it outside from inside. All our measurements must be from a distance, and we cannot see "inside" to sense exactly where it is and where it is going.
