Context is a wonderful thing. You should try it sometime.
The original post, and to which I responded, was this event display from 
the ALICE DETECTOR:

I would be delighted if you could point out in that event display:
1. The tracks belonging to photons and other q=0 particles.
2. The tracks belonging to particles with fractional charge, such as quarks.

If you lost track of context and thought that, midstream, I was making a 
general comment outside of the context of that ALICE event display, then 
allow me to correct your misperception.
