I take it you mean latex "markup" directly inline with the html markup.
Then as far as I know, the answer's "no". And note that I wrote both
http://www.forkosh.com/mimetex.html and http://www.forkosh.com/mathtex.html
so I've researched this kind of thing pretty thoroughly.
You can use either program above, or mathjax has become the much more
widely used tool nowadays. But either way, the latex markup can't just
be transparently embedded inline with your html.
