I take it you mean latex "markup" directly inline with the html markup. Then as far as I know, the answer's "no". And note that I wrote both http://www.forkosh.com/mimetex.html and http://www.forkosh.com/mathtex.html so I've researched this kind of thing pretty thoroughly. You can use either program above, or mathjax has become the much more widely used tool nowadays.
