No power when all of the backup generators run out of fuel in a week to a month.  And very few backup generators have more than a 
week of fuel.

Getting the three electric grids back up in the USA will require many years, maybe a couple of decades.  No ten+ million dollar 
spares ready for all the fried transformers, motors, and generators.  After all, it has taken 100 years to build the three electric 
grids in the USA.
