Well now we're getting somewhere. Regenerated (born-again) Christians have all the evidence needed to believe the Bible is the Word of God. "When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth." (John 16:13) Unregenerate reprobates do not have that same evidence. That is why you do not, and can not believe the Bible. And the chances are very good that you never will be given that "internal evidence" by God.
