Well, to be honest, the graphics department they inherited from ATI is
the only thing keeping the company alive at the moment. Their processors
are being ignored (except those who are looking for a decent mobile chip
with decent graphics performance) but their GPUs provide excellent
performance for a fraction of the price of an NVIDIA card. If I had a
desktop, I'd be looking long and hard at procuring an AMD GPU for $500
rather than an NVIDIA equivalent at about $800.

Either way, AMD's A10 and A8 chips are great for laptops but it seems
that nobody wants them.
