Togal. "Watt" assoziere ich mit Strom. 

Solange das Auto nicht mit Strom (Für die Erbsenzähler: Elektrizität)
fährt, empfinde ich die Leistungsangabe in einer Elektroeinheit für
unpassend. Genauso wie andersrum PS für den Durchlauferhitzer. Zudem 
ist das Watt beim Durchlauferhitzer etwas, was er *braucht*, während 
die PS beim Automotor für das stehen, was er *leistet*.
