Absolutely. But this only because not the Mass, but because Matter is 
observed where Gravity phenomena takes place. The intrinsic characteristic 
of the Matter Diverging explain why Gravity always feels LOCALLY directed.

It appears clearly that Gravity can only be explained by my theory of 
Divergent Matter locally.
