LOL - his stupidity is amazing. Most people have no idea what a file format
even is. Poll 100 random people on the street and ask them about exFAT and
watch the look on their face.
People who do understand file formats can format external drives however
they want without feeling "left out in the cold" whatever the hell that's
supposed to mean.
