So einen habe ich auch, ebay scheint voll davon zu sein:

IC-Master von 1980 hat unter "1408" nichts von AMI
sondern nur den MC1408 D/A-Wandler.

Ich habe auch AMI S1895 in ca. dem Gehäuse.
Vermute dass das Teil kundenspezifisch war.
