agree, but I think the driverless car should gently eject the drunk 
passenger, or take him to jail.

As the Drunk could get further injured after being delivered to his 
destination, perhaps his home, where he then beats up the wife, can't be 
part of that.

Could a determined drunk, or passenger make the driverless car run over 
someone ?  Idea would be that passenger flees the scene, leaving the 
driverless car at fault.

This says the driverless car must have full ID of the passenger, and 
facial recognition, and lock to trap the tampering individual, set alarm 
until police come.

Could an accident be staged w a driverless car to collect insurance ?
