Most providers don't really like to sell to people outside their home country - Vodafone might be different, but in the end I don't care. You claimed that it's available to every Vodafone customer, I showed you otherwise, it's your turn to prove your claim. You won't be able without resorting to swearing (as always) and requesting completely stupid things (like buying a SIM card in Australia for usage in Europe).
