Thanks, Hugh for the encouragement. The program as-is does not do justice to
Andy McFadden's work.

No problems preserving the ProDOS FileType and AuxType of files but I have
difficulty with the dates (creation & modification). CiderPress' source code
doesn't seem to have a separate method for changing the dates.
