So I know what they're doing, obviously. Perhaps, since I don't even have iCloud activated, I would like to learn how to disable the iCloud daemon that's constantly running? Maybe the people who have discovered runaway processes (agan, many complaints here on the Apple Support forums) could check what they are and what they're doing? Maybe you're not a tinkerer, and maybe you don't use the BSD layer on OS X that often. That's fine. But for people who do use the BSD layer this documentation is expected as a regular part of the system. As I said before I expect this kind of crap from Microsoft, but not Apple. In the Steve days you had man pages for everything that at least told you that you're not supposed to run the program. Many included references too.
