stimulus_image.php is in C:\xampp\htdocs\amit\, and startup.php is
missing, apparently.

GD is delivered with XAMPP and is enabled by default.  However, that is
not the immediate problem, which is the missing startup.php.  I don't
know where this file is supposed to come from (maybe from a book or
tutorial), but apparently it contains at least the definition of the
class Input, which is used in stimulus_image.php.

BTW: Tim, your newsreader creates rather unconventional nested quotes;
usually there is only a single space after the last >, but your software
puts spaces between the quotes.
