Do you have any particular reason to run the script on phpfiddle.org?
Otherwise I suggest that you run it on a local machine.  Setting up the
necessary environment should be trivial; if you're on Linux your distro
likely has the necessary packages available; if you're on Windows there
is, for instance, XAMPP.  For other platforms respective solutions
should also be available.
