Ik zie op https://tools.emailhippo.com/ dat het adres 
nl-admin@nic.surfnet.nl waarmee je checkgroups verzendt bad is.
Misschien nu al een nieuw adres aankondigen in nl.admin hierarchies?
Als je daarmee wacht tot nadat je pgpkey updated is moet je tweemaal 
wachten tot alles klopt.
