Ah yes, I remember our past discussion on news.admin.hierarchies.  We're 
still waiting for the update in the official PGPKEYS file on ftp.isc.org.

By the way, couldn't your C News server send the control articles to 
your feeds?  (But maybe you no longer run it.)

In case Wolfgang, the newsmaster of Eternal September, does not grant 
you access to posting control articles, do not hesitate to tell and I 
can create you an account on my (private) news server to do that.
