The smart-questions "rules" (which are not rules) is a set of
suggestions as to how to frame your questions so that you have a chance
of getting helpful replies. If you do not want to get helpful replies,
for example your post is just a way of venting your frustration, it
would help to let others know that so they need not waste their time
trying to help.

It has nothing to do with out or in groups, or with finances. I have no
idea if you are on welfare or earn a million dollars a day, nor do I
want to know.
