Okay, my window manager got stuck again today and I was able to check it
out: when I switch to VT 1, my session is still running, but when I go
back to F7 (I tried F8, there's nothing there) and I get the welcome
screen, my session is gone. This tells me it's not my bash profile who's
dropping the ball but indeed something with session-management. Is it a
kubuntu thing?
